Bed-In at the Bluecoat

If you are free this Saturday 4 Dec then why not come along to the Hub at the Bluecoat between 11am - 4pm and see staff and volunteers from the Bluecoat Print studios screenprinting for peace.

The Bed-In at the Bluecoat marks the anniversary of John Lennons Birthday and assassination, the Bluecoat has recreated John and Yoko's famous 1969 peace protest. To learn more about the Bed-In see; www.thebluecoat.org.uk

Any member of the public can drop in, bring a pillow case, duvet cover or a sheet and we'll print letters on them in the style of the Bed-In signs. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the screenprinting process and the fantastic print facilities at the Bluecoat. This is also a great chance to bring home a special souvenir of the bed-in. You will also have a chance to win some special printed material in the raffle that will be taking place at the end of the day. A great day out for all the family.
